The fountain arrived well packaged, with bubble wrap around the cardboard. The fountain comes with a filter and I ordered the pack of 4 (which are quite deformed) and the sensor, which works well. The truth is that it's a very good purchase, you can't hear anything. You need to know that it has to be plugged in at all times.
